I would first check what city or town your looking in....

go to Where To..... Address....on the addres screen does it say Select City in ( city the address is in ) ?

If not on bottom of screen it will have change State / Province


If you want you can send me the address or street name and i will check to see if the same happens here....

sometimes if you enter 123 N West St you will need to put 123 North West St or 123 St Anne would be

Next time you want to go to a specific address, do not enter the city. Instead, hit "Search All". Then enter the address as normal. Sometimes the address is listed as being in a different/nearby city due to the ZIP code. Let me know if this helps.

start with a basic address of a main st in your city and see if it finds that. be sure to separate the street name and st,ave,rd. i.e
enter in the house number 123 done.
enter in the street name bank st done.

this should come back with a street for you. if not make sure there is a map location for the street you are trying to find. a newer neighbourhood may not be listed in your gps.
