How do you add an e-mail destination to the DSm635sp Gestetner printer/copier/scanner?

Open the browser on your computer, type the Ip address of the scanner on the address bar, the page of the scanner will open, under scan to email destination, you can add or remove accounts.

Gestetner is made by Ricoh. They only change the name. The cross reference for your model is Aficio 2045e.
You can download from the www.ricoh-support.com the driver of Aficio 2045e and your done.

There is a fax module that you can purchase to be able to fax from the copier. If it is already installed, you will see two phone jacks on the rear side of the machine. One will be labeled "Line" and one will be labeled "Tel" -- if you plug a phone cord from the jack in the wall to the jack labeled "Line," your copier is all ready to fax.

On the operation panel, there should be a button on the left labeled "Fax" under the buttons labeled "Copier" and "Document Server" -- press that button to get to the fax screen.

Hello sir; There should have a paper stuck over the pick up roller that you can't see if you pull out the tray paper should be squeeze together. the solution way is replace paper pick-up roller.

the address can be found if you go to the server an right click the folder it should have full address and this has to be set up then on copier by going into the user toolsd and then administrator you are looking for the address boook if you set up new user an put the adddress as a folder here it should save it you can also do this on the web monitor by typing in the ip address ie http/..ip of machine..192.168. etc

So, have all of the destinations disappeared off the display?, and "updating destination list has failed' message displays" (or something similar).
If this is the case........ have you tried going into the "Scanrouter V2 admin utility", and under the "server" button select "set I/O device", then select "remove". If you are asked to "retain settings" select "no". Then click "add", then "Browse", it should find the machine, select "ok" then name it whatever you want -it's for identification only
This helps when (for some reason) the machine has become disasscociated with the Ip address for lack of a better description -particularily if the software is not installed on a machine with a statc IP.
OTHERWISE
Do the destinations still appear but the scans do not reach their destination even though they appear to be sent?
This happens when the Windows login password has been changed, because Scanrouter is linked to the admin password.
The way to tell is if you click to open the "Scanrouter V2 admin Utility", and get a message pertaining to a "wrong password" or similar. - Enter the NEW windows login password
OR
Has windows Firewall been enabled? TCP port #3670 needs to be opened
