I have nokia e63 on if only run vibrating or blue light&hang so please help me

You can buy replacement vibrate motors for the Nokia E63 on Ebay for a few pounds. You can put it into the phone if you know how to do it or take it to a phone shop who can, eg carphone warehouse.

As E63 and the like have a very limited RAM and many apps running in the background, like email etc, the RAM falls short and the device hangs. If you can ensure no apps running in the background then WhatsApp will run.

it has a water damage??? if yes, dessasembly your phone ad re-hot it with a hot station, if you don't have it use your iron... post result

ONCE TRY TO SWITCH ON AFTER CHANGING BATTERY IF IT NOT WORKS YOU HAVE TO CONTACT NOKIA CARE....

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PHONE BLUE TOOTH IS WORKING PROPERLY IF YES TRY CONNECTING YOUR PHONE WITH OTHER BLUE TOOTH HEADSETS. IF IT GETS CONNECTED YOUR PHONE DOESN'T SUPPORT YOUR HEADSET. IF IT DOESNT YOUR PHONE ISN;T WORKING GOOD.

Your software has been damaged,update the firmware.
U can backup with Phoenix Service Software

Please repeat that steps or remove the battery and sim then re fit them and hat it turn on again. If nothing change you have problem with firmware and to fix at dealer. Regards

Please am David I need your help with my phone it freezes anytime I try to open my browse,faebook,2go and also some applications is not working, have tried to restart the phone and also format it by using (*#7780#) but still didn't work, It a nokia phone E63 please I need your help, Mr GURU.

May your mobile phone or memory card is infected with virus .


Please remove your memory card and then try to power on your phone.

You can update the Firmware to the latest version 300 hopefully it will solve the problem . BEside also check your phone memory - you can go to Office menu , File MAanger options Memory Detials , if you are storing all your images , downloads , messages and MMS on phone memory it will get used up and slow down your phone , move everything to the Memory Card and reinstall all Apps to Memory Card to free it up
