Sounds like an issue with you PC not the monitor.

Try updating your display/graphics card drivers.

Most monitors are plug and play meaning that they dont need a driver. If you are looking for your display driver you will need to get it from the display adapter

You should google this. After looking myself i have seen that it should play HD movies without a problem.

you can enter the OSD of the display and turn off the automatic display config. you can find a description to do this in the display's user manual.

check the power cords and the video connectors. if it's ok, then it could be a problem on video card

Hello Sir, This is really weird. This happens when the screen has lost its sensitiveness and the perception is locked on one point. In this issue, you need to take it to a dealer or service center. But first try to get the Protection film out and try to press. It it is loping back to the same point then the Touch Screen LCD needs replacing. Have you ever before tested the Touch Screen Calibration by the TSC Test. If not, there can be a problem because these screens needs occasional calibrating.
Kindly take it to LG to get the issue resolved.

This is what happens when you use a spray glass cleaner on an LCD monitor. The spray gets into the edges of the plastic and eventually behing the mylar screen. There's no safe way to clean it that I know of. Ta
