Well, it is hard to say. i just want to ask have you ever had a feeling about somebody? or have you ever be loved by somebody? maybe this results from your character and your experience. you can ask these questions to yourself.
Well it could be the following reasons:
1. Didn't met the right person
2. You have really bad social skills
3. You don't belive in yourself or have a bad opinion about you
What would i do if i were you?
1. Go out more (bars, clubs, parties, events, places where are people)
2. Be a little more friendly and open to small talks (be carefull to weird people)
3. Some cocktails should help you be more brave (not to many)
4. Facebook could be an ideea (not a great one)
And by the way, my aunt had her first boyfriend at 28 and she is perfectly fine now (married, kids)
