Sanyo tv kit 360 ch fit in my old tv & lock channel kindly solve problem to unlock tv channel

My tv has same problem. Sanyo - model: CE32LC81-B (very old)

That might be the TV output channel. I found these instructions in a Sanyo manual:
How to set the DVD+VCR's RF output channel 1. Set the TV to the VCR channel (3 or 4) depending upon the selected channel. 2. When the DVD+VCR is turned off, press and hold CHANNEL (V/v) on the front panel for more than five seconds. It will turn itself on and "RF03" or "RF04" appears in the dis-play window. 3. Press CHANNEL (V/v) on the front panel or CH/TRK(v/V) on the remote control to change the RF output channel (CH 03 or CH 04). 4. Turn off the DVD+VCR.


It might solve the problem!

If you did forget the code to release V-chip to this TV, there is no other way than contact its authorised service center. If you want to unlock the child-lock to certain channels:

Press or to display the password entering mode.
Press MENU, then press or to display the (LOCKS) menu.

Use the number buttons (0-9) to enter your password,
then press ENTER. The LOCKS menu appears.

Press or to highlight CH LOCK and press or to display
the CH LOCK menu.

Press or to highlight CLEAR and clear all channels from the
list of locked channels. Press ENTER.

6 Press EXIT to return to normal viewing.

there is every possibility that the channel (ch - and ch +) button on the TV is stuck. This can make the TV channels change by itself. This also applies to the remote control (if any).

Turn off the TV, use your thumb to flip through the channel (ch - and ch +) button on the TV. This will free the stuck button. Also, check the channel (ch - and ch +) buttons on the remove and make sure it is also not stuck in.

If the above doesn't solve the problem, then it means fault is from the control board inside the TV. It maybe defective or needs servicing.

The board controls the buttons on the TV and it can be found on the position of the channel (ch - and ch +) inside the TV.

Note that TV stores a lot of current. So if you want to disassemble the TV to check the board allow the current to discharge by remove the TV plug from the wall and wait for about 1 hour before attempting to disassemble the TV.

is this TV connected to a cable box or satellite dish........if so turn the TV to channel 3, and make sure the source (also on the TV) is set to Cable not AIR... the cable wire from the box / dish is going to the TV (in)

no cable, no satellite how about an Antenna... using this format the source must be AIR and you must let the TV SCAN to lock in all the broadcast channels ... (using any other method there is no need to scan for channels you will only be using one (ch 3)

ok i downloaded and read your DVR-1000 manual , this is what you will do .

While the DVD+VCR is turned off, press and hold CHANNEL (up/down) button on the front panel for about five seconds.

The unit will turn itself on and “RF 03” or “RF 04” appears on
the front panel display

Use CH ( up / down ) button on the front panel or CH ( up / down ) button on the remote control to change the RF output
channel (CH 03 or CH 04).

Turn the DVD+VCR off and then on

Set the TV to channel 3 or 4 depending on the RF
output channel you selected.
Now you can watch the DVD+VCR playback on CH3
or CH4 of your TV

PS , you should see a child lock button on the remote , if you press that button , you will disable front panel button controls so kids can't change anything , press it again to unlock that feature , it might come in handy.

I think, Your TV menu item to auto-program has been locked. read its user manaul to unlock it. Many companies gives such lock facility in tv to avoid miss use.

Hopefully you have the problem solved.

If not, the RCA plugs, listed as input 1 and 2 are shown on channel 91 and 92.

I recommend connecting the DVD to either input. Turn on the DVD. Then run the auto programming function of the TV. It will find and program the channel for the DVD. Then use the channel up or down on the remote you are currently using and you should find a working DVD.
