windows update works sometimes best thing is to go to acer website and download the bluetooth drivers for your model

Do you mean that the keyboard is not working as in, let's say the "enter" key doesn't function, or other keys do not function?
Or do you mean that there are specialized keys (usually media keys) on your netbook that don't seem to function?

Its a SUYIN camera and the drivers are at (http://support.emachines.com/em/driver/) put in netbook and its a 250 series.The Suyin driver is there.

You can download Belarc tool, examine your laptop and find the serial number.Good Luck!

Emachines em350 netbook has a built-in Webcam that located at the upper center of the screen. Its already program or install in the computer.

Yes, webcam is running on windows 7 also.

First, go to CONTROL PANEL then PROGRAMS click the UNINSTALL A PROGRAM then check if there are WEBCAM install then closed the folder.

You can also go to START then check if there are install program like WEBCAM.

Maybe go to the device manager in control panel and click on Device Manager look for the HID Compliant mouse or touch pad and un-install the driver completely after that restart your computer as soon as it boots up it will find new hardware and take you through the setup process most computers does this for you after it says installation complete try the touch pad if nothing happens try pressing the Fn keeping it down press the F7 button then release them both if still nothing happens then it will be your motherboard as it will required going back to them under their warranty to be fixed.

If your notebook came already with an OS then its already activated, if you installed your OS yourself then you need to have the proper driver for it (most likely its provided when you bought your unit brandnew if its not then you have to dwonload it from their support site). You can check it by right clicking your "my computer" icon then go to "device manager". You can see under "imaging devices" if your webcam has its proper driver by right clicking again then properties. It should say "the device is working properly". If not you really need to install the right driver for it.

Ifthe laptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be wornout. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cyclesand will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up atall. ORThe battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected thebattery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. Ifthe battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to bereplaced.
