First try to have facebook re-send you the password or have a password reset done to the email address you use for it. If you find it's a different password, someone changed it on you, but you'll be able to log in with the password they send you and change it again.

Hi i think you will find its your sim card that is blocked the puk code is on the sim your network provider can give you the code no one else can,your phone may work with another sim thats not blocked.

password is usually the same as your PIN number, if you haven't changed your PIN number the factory set one is either 0000 or 1111

if it is saying enter puk code and you do not know it,DO NOT enter any numbers or you will block your sim.Ring customer services on a pals phone,give your info and ask them for your puk code,they will give you a number which you then enter and then you can reset your password and your phone will work fine.Switch off your sim password if you dont want problem again
