We have more than 500 days of norton antivirus to go on our contract but now wish to cancel and have a refund. I have keyed an address I have been given by our new technical help advisor but it is not known. Can you help please? Roland Shepherd Shepherd Farms Ltd

Turn off Norton Automatic Renewal service This document provides you the steps to turn off or cancel the Norton Automatic Renewal service for your product to prevent future automatic billing and renewal. You may need to follow these steps if you have got a new Norton product and need to cancel the service on a previous product which you no longer use.
If you cancel the Automatic Renewal service on your current product, you must manually renew your subscription before it expires or risk losing your Norton Protection. If you have already been charged and want a refund, read Requesting a Norton Automatic Renewal refund.
Turn off Norton Automatic Renewal service

1. Go to Norton Management to cancel the Norton Automatic Renewal service.
2. Click Sign In.
3. Sign in to Norton with your email address and password.
4. Under Automatic Renewal, next to the Norton product for which you want to cancel Automatic Renewal, click Off.

I would email them and make sure it doesn't automatically renew, In future i would uninstall Norton and go with something more reliable and stable. I use Avast! antivirus and it picks everything up. It would do just as much as norton and possibly more and best of all its free

If you have a multi install contract then all you have to do is to download the installer directly from Norton and install it using your key.
If you have a contract for a single install, trying to run both of them will deactivate both and land you in a lot of troubles - in these days you don't want an unprotected computer. In that case just install a free antivirus - the best is Avast - and firewall  - the best overall is Comodo.
