My phone is nokia 6020 i can hear the person speaking but they cannot hear me please help

Hi, that mean, phone earpiece problem or maybe LCD frame gap from board, try to fix both screw on top lcd frame, or..change earpiece speaker. :)

This is a hardware problem. Try to remove the battery and plug in after some time. If that fix it,it' great unless you need to send it for repair.

It might be a issue with IC's, might be blown or soldered out or might be the microphone in the cellphone might needs a replacement/repair.

Your nokia 6020 doesn't have problem. It's your sim card. If you still have your simcard packaging, the PUK code is written their inside it's brochure. Or you can also go to your mobile phone network and ask its PUK code. Or simply buy a new simcard with the same network company. Thank you
