E system 1212 Laptop won't switch on. Power

E system 1212 Laptop won't switch on. Power supply unit is working ok. Charging light on laptop flashes on and off amber or sometimes amber and green when connected to power supply unit. No sign of life when trying to power up from battery only. Power 'On' light completely dead. Fan doesn't spin. Sometimes after 30 minutes or so the charging light changes to green and stops flashing, but as soon as Laptop Power 'On' button is pressed charging light reverts to flashing amber or amber and green. No other signs of life. Tried removing battery and power supply and holding down power button for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then reconnecting battery and power supply but this does not resolve my problem. Problem started when daughter plugged in a digital camera into USB port. This had worked ok previously but on this occassion laptop switched off and won't restart. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Laptops are so integrated that usually a system failure that involves power issues such as in your case where you cant get it turn on with anything on the screen mean the mainboard (motherboard) is damaged. This usually leads to buying a new laptop or paying for the board to be replaced which usually costs as much as the laptop.

What are the solutions for hp netbook 1000 that stopped charging?

POWER SUPPLY & BATTERY PROBLEM
If the laptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and gradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced. When you connect the power adapter into the laptop, does the power LED light up? If not then - The battery adapter or the adapter's power lead or the laptop's power socket could be faulty. Check power adapter's DC plug that connects into the laptop power socket with a multi-meter, the voltage should be slightly higher than the voltage that is printed on the label on the bottom of the adapter. If the voltage is zero or way below the voltage that is printed on the label then the power adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced. If the adapter is OK then connect it to the laptop and power it up, then look at the power/battery charging LED light and wriggle the power plug in the laptop's power socket. If the power/battery LED light flashes and in a certain position this LED light stays firm, then the power socket is either faulty or it has a dry solder joint where it is connected to the motherboard. This can be repaired but it requires the laptop to be completely dismantled to get at this power socket and repair. If you cannot DIY then I suggest you get a quote first.

I replace my ac power supply for my dell laptop inspiron 9100 but when connect the power supply to the laptop it keeps on blinking and the laptop does not power on

If you can , try charging the battery in another system and then try to power the laptop up with the charged battery.
If the unit will run on a charged battery, then there's a problem in the charging circuit, and you'll have to check all the components in that area.
If it doesn't, then there's a problem elsewhere on the motherboard, possibly in the DC/DC converter circuit.
Check for shorted SMT MOSFETs and blown or failing capacitors.
If you aren't tech savvy, this is not an undertaking for the inexperienced, and you may have to have the unit sent out for repair.
Most places don't do component level repair and will simply tell you that you need a new motherboard.
If you cannot find a service depot near you, you may want to consider going to www.supertech-IT.com and arrange to have the unit sent in.

My laptop won't turn on, even I try to plug the charger it won't charge. and the light indicator if it's charging is not on. The problem start when I using it while charging and it's...

Remove the battery and check the voltage on the battery, if low try to JUMP charge, if not replace. Also check the charging voltage with the adaptor connected to the latptop. If there is no voltage then the charger must be checked.
However if the battery and adapter seems good then the mother board is a suspect and it is ideal to get the help of Tosibha service for estimation.
