Wiring Diagram for the SG Guitar (Or other Genuine PS2 controllers)

I've built a replica Gibson Explorer body (Which looks awesome!) to fix the neck & electrics into from the standard SG, But! when I took all the parts out the wiring just fell apart (poorly soldered). Now I can't work out what goes where. The problem I have is the order the coloured wires from the main lead in that attaches to the central circuit board. There are 7 wires. if anyone can wip the back off the PS2 guitar (controller) and tell me the order they go in I will be eternally grateful, More importantly an 11 year old lad will be able to play Guitar Hero whilst stuck inside during this glorious summer! Please, Please help as he's driving me MAD!

Gibson serial number check

Gibson 1961-1969 Custom SG reissues since 1997
YYRRRM
Y is the production year
RRR(R) indicates the guitar's place in production for that year.
M is the model being reissued
Reissue model codes:
1= SG Custom and Special
2= SG Standard
3= 1963 Firebird 1
4= 1964 Firebird III
5= 1965 Firebird V & VII
8= 1968 Les Paul Custom
So I think 737582 would mean the guitar was the 758th Custom SG Standard built in 1973. See this... http://www.gibson.com/en-us/Support/SerialNumberSearch/Default.aspx

I need documentation to set neck adjustment and intonation for a Gibson ES-359 custom. It doesn't seem that Gibson has anything readily available.

Intonation is easy if you have an electronic tuner, and instructions for a Les Paul style guitar will be close enough. Same with neck adjustment, if it is a set neck, use the Les Paul info. If a bolt on neck, everything but the neck angle is still relevant.

I have a 1966, 1969 Gibson Guitar. Serial # 83272012. How much is it worth? What model? Confirm year? etc.?

According to Gibson's website, your guitar is a 1983 model year guitar made on the 272nd day, in the Kalamazoo plant. If what you have here is a pic of the actual guitar, it is a Gibson SG. How much it's worth is determined by the condition it is in, the rarity of the model, and much more than can be said without a close inspection.

Here is a link to the Gibson website:
