Im not really sure what happened but my nokia e5 was working one minute and then stopped working and i cant get it to turn on, i tried charging it but it still isnt turning on. What do i do?

Unfortunately the phone is fried. I had this happen to me also. Took it in to a Sprint store and they ordered me a new one at no charge. Kyocera is still working out the bugs on this phone.

Make sure it is not in silent mode. And also try turning the volume all the way up. Try playing any music file and try asking someone to call you. If it still won't work, insert a headset/headphone and check if it is working.

My best advise is to visit nearest Nokia Care/any mobile repairing shop.They will definitely change the earpiece.this is the only way.Good luck

This problem occur seldom.Anyway have you tried by inserting other battery ? First of all Insert good battery (not new but you can fully charge your old battery with multi-charger) connect USB and press Power button,after just you press the POWER button a sound will hear in your PC if the set is OK.So, if you can hear the detecting sound,you yourself can solve it.Just Click here1 and follow the instruction.Or if you think that you could not do I can help via remote.Good luck

Try to remove your memory card first and turn your phone on. If the problem still occurs, press the key * + 3 + Green Button together and hold that then Press the power button. This will reformat your phone and all data on the hpone memory will be deleted. Make sure you have enough battery charge to complete the procedure. Good Luck!

just remove the batter and reinsert it again and switch on the mobile, it will on. make sure its charged. i was also having the same problem.

Check your battery , check the adapter voltage. Now connect the adapter to the phone and check the voltage at the battery terminals. Insert the battery and allow the battery to charge for few hours. if the battery/set gets warm it indicates that a charge is flowing .
If the phone does not trigger even after the set charges up or is warm, then it is possible that the mother board has damaged components, Get help, get estimate from Nokia care before you decide.
