I'm setting up my company email account on my Samsung i5503 (Galaxy 5) and I don't know how to do it or what info do I need to put in on the settings. I would like to seek assistance in setting it up

Best Solution;
1. Power off phone
2. Press and hold Home Button ( middle ) + Volume Up + power on button
3. Wait for 5 second until Android System Recovery menu appear
4. There are 4 options

reboot system now
apply update from sdcar
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition

5. Move the options to " Wipe data / factory reset " using volume down ( - ) button and menu button to confirm, because the touchscreen doesn't work in reovery mode
6. After the process done, phone will reboot.

It seems you troubling yourself my friend :D, don't worry try your puk code to unlock samsung galaxy s pin code. PUK code can you get from your sim card bundle or calling your network provider, the idea is to enter any password until your phone asking about puk code then you can use that to unlock samsung pin code and reset it to default. Follow the directions below to setup email on Galaxy S,

Set up an email account
1 In Idle mode, open the application list and select
Email.
2 Enter your email address and password.
3 Select Next (for general email accounts, such as
Google Mail and Yahoo) or Manual setup (for other

4 Follow the on-screen instructions.
When you are finished setting up the email account, the

you can try fake email id and password to enter.and other option is to create new Gmail account,it's take less than 5 minuts to create.

According to the Samsung Galaxy 5 i5503 specs it is Bluetooth compatible.

but I do not see anything that says Samsung KIES supports Bluetooth.  Look at this link and you will find a compatibility link at the bottom of the page.
