HELP.
Can you help me with this error code on the Ricoh Aficio 1515MF? Here is what has already been done and the problems continues..
A SC120 CODE ON YOUR RICOH COPIER.THAT CODE IS A SCANNER HOME POSITION ERROR.THE SCANNER IS A LIGHT ASSEMBLY THAT TRAVELS BACK & FORTH JUST BELOW THE GLASS YOU PLACE YOUR ORIGINALS ON SCANNING THE ORIGINAL. IT SOUNDS LIKE IT MAY HAVE BOUNCED OFF ITS TRACK WHEN IT WAS BEING MOVED.IN YOUR E-MAIL YOU SAID YOU TURNED IT OFF & ON TO RESET THE CODE, WHICH IS THE PROPER PROCEDURE.THIS MACHINE SHOULD HAVE 2 ON SWITCHES. ONE ON THE UPPER RIGHT WHICH ONLY TURNS THE LIGHTS OFF TO THE CONTROL PANEL.ON THE LOWER LEFT SIDE THERE SHOULD BE A RED SWITCH THAT IS THE MAIN POWER SWITCH.THE RED SWITCH IS THE ONE THAT RESETS CODES.
