How do i put sim card in new phone please. Which way up does it go it doesn't stay and battery does not fit over it. It is a Samsung GT--E2121B.Thank you.M

    answer looking at your phone upside down on left side you will see a small metal bar make sure you have the sim card correrct way up then just slide sim under bar it fits in great and battery justs seats neat on top then put yhe back on your phone and your away.
