Sir unfortunately according to Facebook rules You cannot get it back. Actually when you delete it, it automatically delete from the server of Facebook, so It is permanently gone. I suggest just post
the status again and say friends retype the comment.

Yes, the facebook works on dynamic structure everything based on command based once you deleted the post from your profile it can't be recovered because it directly deleted from Facebook server.
May be this option can work for your but not sure check your system Cookies & temp if that particular page cookie is still present then you can take offiline and take a snapshot of that and then you can use of that it is a just a Idea you can try.
You should get a response within a week.
