Panasonic dmc-tz 265 screen problem...just get blank bright screen with vertical lines? same for camera mode and playback mode?

Thanks but the screen doesn't look cracked. It's largely blank (but bright) and on the right hand side there are several vertical different coloured lines. Then at the bottom of the screen, some 85% toward the bottom, is a horizontal line with more tightly packed and coloured vertical lines beneath. I've just taken out and put back the memory card and I now have some faint images (in camera mode too), but the lines are still there....? Thanks but the screen doesn't look cracked.
