In my experience the 804 error code relates to the location/availability of a file. If you are trying to print/access a particular file check the path and make sure you have permission to access it.

The Canon Color Image RUNNER 3200 machine has two on and off switches. Facing your machine. One is on the right side and the other is on the back left side. Shut machine down. Wait for about 10 min.s turn switch on.

Go 'Lists' and then open 'Templates', double click on the product invoice and make sure the invoice is 'Active'.
Qbooks saves printer settings for each feature, regardless of which is set as 'default' in Windows...be sure you have the correct printer selected.
