If you do not not know the model number, there is a toll free phone number on the page for US and Canada. They can probably help you get what you need if it is available.
The steering handle has a red switch on it. Pull the switch to the right and then twist the handle grip forward. The stroller should start to collapse.
Infant seats sit rear facing. You'll have to recline the stroller seat. Then the clip on the infant seat will grab the food tray and lock it in. Your stroller might have come with an additional strap to secure the seat once you have it locked.
On the handle of the stroller/pushchair there should be a grip that has a red button. Push the button and twist the grip away from you. There should also be a red grip on the side of the stroller about half way down. Pull that and twist the handle at the same time and push the stroller down. It should collapse.
do you see the red little button/switch thing on the handle bar? OK, put your right hand on the handle with your thumb resting on the little red button. Now with your thumb, slide the little red button thing in towards your hand (slide the red thing to the right). Still holding the button in, twist the grip of the handle bar (where your hand should already be sitting) away from you. if you can imagine giving a motorcycle gas, you would twist the handle back, right. Twist the opposite way for this. So, on the stroller just press the button in, twist the handlebar grip FOREWARD, give it a little push (think up & over) and the whole thing should just collapse down neatly. it should colllapse sown until you hear a click. this is the lock latching together to hold it closed. next time you need to open it the lock is located on one of the sides. all you have to do is release the latch which is also a bright red. should be easy to locate. hope this helped you out. if you need further assistance i'm mushroombunny@yahoo,com good luck.
