Clearly you have some kind of amplifier fault. But it will be very tricky to solve. So I suggest you send it to a repair shop.

Have you paired it with the Pocket PC yet? If you haven't.. press and hold the left-side M emblem for about 3 seconds until it starts blinking. This will put it in pairing mode. I'm not sure how to work Bluetooth on the Pocket PC, but wherever Bluetooth settings are, you need to turn on 'Find me' or something similar to that. Allow them to find each other, and they will ask for your approval, and then automatically pair. Hope that helps, goldfinger
