Error 520 in Ricoh machines mean the main motor is blocked. Someone posted an answer here saying its caused by the blocked fusing unit. This is ONLY one possible cause. I got that problem a week ago, in a MP2001SP. I though it was the fusion but the unit was OK! It was a stuck gear inside developing unit (PCU). Sometimes , the foam joints inside that unit get flat, allowing some developer and toner infiltrate in the driving gears compartment,damaging them.Redoing the joints an replace the gear kit will solve the problem. Tienes problemas con el disco duro de la copiadora, puedes formatearlo haber si se restablece, para eso tienes que:
1.- prender la copiadora presionando 0+8
2.- poner 690 y presionar start
3.- poner 2 y presionar set.
4.- esperar el mensaje en pantalla de reboot the machine, puede tardar hasta 5 minutos despues de ahi tu disco esta dañado y necesita reemplasarse, junto con el firmware.
5.- apaga la copiadora y vuelvela a prender.
