Triangle error code denotes a pad contact problem.
These are the solutions for this error:
The triangle symbol has appeared on the LCD*
Pads not covering metal stud
Pads are worn
Pads on wrong way around
Liners still on the pads
Reposition pads
Contact your local distributor for new Slendertone pads
Ensure black surface of pad is facing you
Ensure liners are removed from both sides of the pads

i Have changed pads but still having tha same triangle, what else it could be?
afraid none of these solve my problem. the unit flashes/beeps three times and the triangle flashes in the lower half of the screen. I've replaced the pads twice, and also checked all the connections, etc...teh flashes continues even when the headset is not plugged into the unit, which makes me think it's probably the unit itself...maybe the battery?

Try to detach the main unit and insert again in the plug. That solved my problem when I got the same error code.
Good luck!

Hi Gale, Do you have any other suggestions? My Slendertone belt worked great until I changed the pads and then I got the E002 error message. I followed the steps above and the E002 error message remains? Any other ideas? Thanks!
Try to detach the main unit, and place on the plug again, that resolved my problem when i got the same error code.
