Find out whether your quick cycle is a wash cycle or a rinse only. If it is a wash it's obviously too short, and the tablet is not dissolving. You do not want undissolved tablets because they will contaminate your rinse water and u end up with soap on the dishes. You can switch to powder if a tablet isn't going to dissolve quick enough on your quick cycle.

When our Neff dishwasher has completed a cycle most of the tablet is still in the open dispenser. Can you advise ?

Check and clean both spray arms.
make sure nothing is restricting the movements of the arms. Have you selected the correct programme? Quick wash may not always dissolve tablets, you may need to put the tablet straight into cutlery basket at start of quick wash programme

Tablet doesn't desolve properly

Same problem here. Try greasing the tablet 'drawer' flap with olive oil.

If no good just put the tablet on the cutlery rack.

Dishwasher opens tablet door but tablet is not used

are these self desolving tablets with covered in plastic film?  If they are use another brand of tablet, or turn the heat up on your water heater as it is set too low.

I have a tricity bendix dishwasher. It is not washing properly, also the washing tablet dose not desolve.the model n.o is TDF 200

Dishes not cleaned properly....
  1. Check the water temperature. Should be 125 to 140 F.
  2. Check pump re-circulation., Listen, see if it sounds like it is spraying the water around with enough pressure.
  3. Check water level when the fill cycle has completed. Should be just under the heating element. If not, possibly need to replace the water inlet valve.
  4. Check the spray arm and pump cover for splits or leaks.
  5. Check to make sure dishwasher is draining after each cycle. There should only be a little water in the bottom of the tub.

Soap does not desolve

check that the spray arms are turning and that the holes in them are not clogged, if you line them up pointing towards the front let the machine fill then as it starts to wash open the door and you should see the arms slowing down, if they are okay then check the water level which should just lap the filter at the bottom
