Picture rolls and bends vertically and bends horizontally. Very unstable.

Does not your TV use the 3-Line Comb Filter HC3020 or HC3023? If it does replace with Part Number 2375235
(HC3023-B), and also change R3094 820 ohm to 100 ohm 1/16 Watt. It's almost directly behind M301 Board (HC) about 2 inches, and check C325. This would be the best way to approach this repair.

Additional question for Big Irish - 1X04, is it located on the PIP Module (HC3031? It is not shown on the schematic diagram.
