1. Press the User Mode key. (Looks like a little man head. Some people call it the function or additional function key.)
2. Press 2 and 8 on the keypad at the same time.
3. Press the User Mode key on the control panel.
4. COPIER Icon
5. Press the Function icon
6. Press the Clear Icon
7. Press the Err Icon
8. Then ok.
9. Exit
10. Power off
11. Wait 1 min.
12. And Turn on machine

I think this is a strange error code. Let me help youWhat is the last activity that you carried out on the machine ? Did you try reseting the machine in service mode? If not do the following Press Additional function,2,8,Additional function Use < or > keys to scroll & select CLEAR. Press OK Use < or > keys to scroll & select ALL. Press OK. Now switch off the machine & switch on. Did this solve your problem.

My canon ir 2318L shows error**E000007-0000 how can i solve this problem

My Canon copier, model IR 400s, Shows the error code : E604. What is the problem? How can I solve it ?

Check on connection of the thermistor, Replace the

reach 140 deg C within 180 sec after

0006 The non-contact thermistor fails to
reach 160 deg C within 180 sec after
reaching 140 deg C.
0007 The non-contact thermistor fails to
reach 180 deg C within 180 sec after
reaching 160 deg C.
0008 The non-contact thermistor fails to
reach standby temperature (normally
190 deg C) within 180 sec after reaching
180 deg C.
0101 The non-contact thermistor fails to

this code is for the density of the yellow toner, most likley has a bad drum.
