hope you know how to check whether your phone is locked or unlocked. if
you dont know follow this method. try inserting other network sim card
in your phone apart from yours. if it accepts it then your phone is
unlocked else its locked. you need to unlock it. you can try unlocking
your phone through codes. i suggest you Wickedunlock.com to unlock your phone.
Contact your service provider of the phone to get the master reset code. You can get the unlock code for your mobile through online..........i will suggest the website http://www.unlock-zone.com/ which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.
The help desk person didn't even come close to the steps necessary to reslove the problem. Nothing she suggested mirrored the instructions that came with the unit. I resolved it be trial and error by myself. The instructions failed to mention that the handset had to be in the crade to complete the steps that it suggested, none of which were steps provided by your help desk. Also, she said my service timed out. According to your product offering, your service is until the probelm is resolved. I would like a refund or I will be disputing the charge on my bill.
I see, it is the Phone password! I suggest you better contact your service provider and talk to the customer service for the reset code. Or If you prefer not to and would like to try other method. You may try the codes from the following thread, please note that no body will be responsible for what will happen to your phone. Mind you, you may end up having to send your phone back for service.
