What is the difference between the Motorola wireless ear piece H505 and H500? I have the H505 and it's pretty old. I'm using it with an LG 8300. Will the H500 work with it?

I have the Droid x, and have the motolrola h505 bluetooth, it is connected and showes that it is paired and connected, when i get a call i can hear it in my ear as well as i hit bluetooth when i answer the call, but i can not hear audio at all and they can not hear me. have un installed and re done several times, as well as tried hitting the talk button 2 times, this worked once and never again. please help geting frusterated!

Hi,it seems you have problems pairing your bluetooth headset with your new phone in terms of the pass code,

Here is the passcode;

The default passcode for the motorola h505 is '0000'

The original code is 0000 unless changed by the owner.

open boom on ear piece
turn on bluetooth on phone and go to paired devices
hold button on ear piece till lite turns purple
under paired devices click connect
0000 is the pass key
should work

The ear wire simply slides out of the hole on the swivel barrell.  Where can I get a replacement ear wire is what I want to know, mine broke.

have you gone through the pairing process? Also make sure your old phone is turned off when you pair the new one.
