You can open www.ricoh-support.com and download the driver for free.
You will see this web page. Just choose the model and than choose the OS.

please go to www.ricoh.com and instal the scanner drivers of windows-7 other wise you can instal the scan to folder which dos not required any drivers or you can install scan to mail this also does not required any drivers - thanks
