Television was alright when it was cut off. Next morning cut it on and the picture is all yellow and blue.

Tv is missing a color green,recheck ur tv Ant.hole coaxial cable input.Take the cable apart and reconnect to the Ant.hole again see if this help?Not make a fist with ur hand bang on the tv back cover frame see if the color green come back or flashes?Yes,than the tv CRT video board that is connected to the CRT- picture tube have cold soldering joints around it video board connections sockets,require resoldering the socket joints connections between the CRT video board and CRT tube connections socket.U have tools like a soldering iron,a roll of solders and can do basic soldering work?Yes,this problems just require resoldering that it.

Ur tv have convergence problems,it dead.Require 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all it resistors replaced on the convergence board.The shop will cost u $300-350 for parts and labors.

My tv sceen has a stain that makes anything white look yellow.

The color image is comprised of three colors, Red, Green, and Blue.
All the other colors are mixtures of those colors. The yellow picture indicates that your set is lacking sufficient blue drive.

First of all check to make sure that the tint control is not misadjusted.
The next thing is dependent upon the age of your television. If it's an older set that yellow tint is a sign of an aging picture tube.
If it's a newer set, less than 5 years old, have it analyzed by a electronics technician that is familiar with televisions if he is skilled enough he will know right away if it's the picture tube or not.

From cable box component out to tv component picture is on no aud

You need to also connect the RCA audio out (red/white) from your source to the audio input on the TV. You do not need the yellow wire as that is for composite video. The component cable (red/green/blue) is only for video. Look at the input on the TV where you connected the red/green/blue cable. Right next to it, you should have another red and white connectors for the audio input. Connect that to the audio out on the cable box.
