Off the machine ,hold 2and 5 simultenously then on the copier press software switch then go the # 16-0-0 16-1-0 16-2-0 16-3-0 16-4-0 16-5-0 16-6-0 16-7-0

Hello sir; The error code you display, it means fuser temperature too low, but it can be reset;
1, hold down 2 & 5 keys while you turn on power.
2, choice 1 for software switches.
3, use U/D arrow key to pick up dipswitch and bit number.
4, pick up dipswitch 3, bit 1 and change 1 to 0 by pressing "off"
My service info doesn't go back that far either, but this procedure should work to reset the code. However, I would make sure there's no toner build-up on the fuser thermistor or thermostat first, otherwise the code will reappear.
Here's the instructions on clearing the code:
Enter the 25 mode by holding down the 2 and 5 keys while turning on the copier. Press the P key, then enter 47, then press P again. Enter 0 and press the Print key. Turn the machine off/on to exit the 25 mode.
If the code reappears, then theres a problem. If it doesn't, you're good to go!
