Freezer is good. Fridge is not cold enough. It is on 7. MTF2195

If there is still ice in the freezer it will need to be completely defrosted for air to circulate through the coils. Make sure the fan is turning in the right direction. a generic fan motor may not be turning in the right direction and will need to be reversed by turning the armature around if this is possible with the replacement motor most universal motors are reversable and should show you how in the directions.

The evaporator fan motor will run only when the compressor is running. If the temperature is too warm in the refrigerator, there may be something blocking the opening from the freezer to the refrigerator.

Check and clean the coils. If that doesn't work, then the Freon needs recharged.

setting the freezer at 7 opens the baffle from the freezer to the fridge to make the fridge colder. It works completely opposite than a person would think. Feel in the back of the fridge with it on this setting. The freezer is dumping all its cold air into the fridge thus equalizing the two parts. if you move the selector to 1, you should feel the air from the freezer cut off in the fresh food compartment. try a setting in the middle and let sit for 24 hours. You could do the simple things like clean the dust and stuff around the compressor condenser. Check the condenser motor. Good air flow improves performance and cost nothing to fix. Of course if you are experiencing a defrost problem the air from below gets choke out with ice buildup around the evaporator area. If you have frost on the backside of the freezer section changes is you have a broken defrost heater.

first clean and remove dust and debris from under unit and make sure fan is working properly--next check the fan in freezer section for icing ,damage ,blockage ,or failure repair or replace as necessary the fan supplies the fridge with cold air from freezer

sounds like your defrost timer is not working properly . Most fridge/freezers the fridge gets cooled from the cool air from the freezer . But when the defrost timer is not working properly the section between the fridge and freezer freezes up and hence doesnt allow the flow of cool air into the fridge. The defrost timer can be easily replaced.

is this a frost free fridge if so then it is possibly not defrostingand has built up to much ice in the evaperator

too much ice bulid up will stop enough cold air being blown into the fridge.Try turning it off letting all ice melt then turn it back on again and set thermostat at a lower temp.There may be ice you can't see.
