Hi, I am having the same issue...the phone will not let me past the LG logo. I have tried taking the sim card and the battery out. I left the battery out for a while and tried again and it didnt change anything. I also tried taking the battery out and connecting it to the computer but the phone still just shows the LG logo and thats it. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you very much in advance!

It sounds like the sim card is not installed correctly, or not at all?
Is this a new phone, or did this behavior just start with an existing phone that was previously working?
If it's new, follow the instructions in your manual to make sure you have correctly installed the sim card for your cricket service.
If this is new behaviour on an old phone, try removing the battery for 30 seconds and restarting the phone. Try removing the sim card and reinserting it. Make sure you are in an area with a good signal when you reboot.

Hi! Sadly this phone is only available with Verizon, so they built it so you couldn't change sims (you actually don't need it physically to work). I'm guessing you want to use it with another company? This special phones wont work with any other network (they can't be unlocked since there's no sim to be swapped).

the only option we are left is to visit the service center and let them handle the issue. Do not try something which would void the warranty.

heyy mate i had the same problem and fixed it easy. follow what i did;
take out the battery and sim card and mem card
download http://my.lgmobile.com/web/web.support.retrieveSoftwareUpdate.laf once downloaded open it connect the phone by cable (with battery and sim out)
click on customer support on the top
the recovery phone enter the imei and s/n (on label where the battery goes in)
then choose the model KC910 then ok this will take around 20 mins ( ur phone should work fine after this) email me on [email protected] and let me know how u get on or for more detailed instructions thanks

if the problem u described is for real, m sorry to say that u need to format ur phone. Its because when u start ur phone, u see only Nokia logo. But inside, it prepares files which are required to start the phone & to keep it runnin for a long time. if any of these files gets corrupted or missing, ur phone wont start. so I'll suggest u, dont go here & there, go to Nokia Priority Care, and ask them to format it.

It says no sim but can you call out/in, access phone numbers on sim ?
Hi, firstly, try another sim card. I have one of these and touch wood it's been great. However there have been a lot of issues. If new/warranty I would be taking it straight back if you have screen issues aswell. hope this helps

type 2945#*# and a engineering menu will appear,select factory reset and may your problem will be solved,try other features appearing on engineering menu.

I had the same issue with my KP500's screen flashing the logo.
The best way to resolve this is take it back to where you brought it from. They will send it off (which they did with mine) for a software upgrade and within a week you will have it back with no more issues and at no cost to you.

There is no quick fix solution. If you mess with the phone it voids your warranty.
