hi, the file format that you download in your usb drive is not compatible in the format in your dvd player. look for the file format that have been in your dvd then you can convert the video or audio in your usb to make it compatible in the dvd player. there are converter which you can download.
maybe is the problem of format not matched. you can use a avi to DVD video converter, that must be played on the DVD player. i have used a DVD creator for long, you may have a try of this one.
This DVD player only supports DVD and Audio CD format. There is no Divx decoder so your avi. files wont play on this player. It does not even support MP3 music files.
It all depends on what file type your camcorder save video's in and what file types are compatible with your DVD player.
Many camcorders save files on a card as MPEG4, you have to check what yours does.
Its ok to write to a DVD but you have to make sure your DVD player can play MPEG4. If not then convert your files or save your files in a format your DVD player can recognise ie MPEG1 or AVI.
Finally, once you've copied videos in a format your dvd plays, make sure you "Finalize" the disk. This means that you can't copy any more data, but it makes the disk readable on other players.
oh my frd...it happens bcoz u could hav burned u r cd in data files format...wch will not detected by the cd player...cd player detects only the mp3 formats...so nxt tym u burn a cd check whether the option wch u given s mp3 format for audio files...and main thing is that check whther u burned a CD or DVD...bcoz CD player will not detect DVD...a DVD player can detect CD whereas CD player cant detect DVD disc my frd!!!!
Nero 6 and 7 does not provides us the facilitiy of burning the DVD in appropriate DVD Format. Instead it burns the DVD in the normal DATA Format, which is not supportable by our DVD Player. To play the DVD in our DVD Player we should burn the DVD in the appropriate DVD Burner which itself converts the extension of the movie and make it proper for a DVD Player to read it. It also adds some files to the DVD which is sometimes used by the dvd player in running the DVD.
the .wav file has to be converted to .mp3 or .cda prior to burning in order to hear it in a regular cd player. Those applications have the ability to turn .mp3, and .wma to .cda format, which is what normal cd players read but they lack the ability to convert .wav to .cda
