Fault: Double line & paper is not cutting. >Check encoder strip, any damage or dirty? >Clean encoder strip, replace it.. Reason why its not cutting?: Carriage moves to left side to lock & bring the cutter to cut the paper, but if its not reaching proper calculated destination due to dirty or damaged encoder, it wont lock the cutter to bring it out result paper wont cut even cutter in on condition..
Is there an ajustment for the tension on the blade? If the tension is too low on the blade or if the blade is no longer sharp it will cause it to twist and cut crooked.
