De error? Clean pipe that was full of sand, clean the rubber gasket. Everything very clean but washer still will not run. Hear two click sounds then DE shows up! Help 5 kids tons of wash still

Hello!

Please try unplug it in the wall outlet and wait for a while and then plugin ans switch on the washer. if not work then try to refer to the manual how to reset the setting of the washer.

What does the code de stands for
On front-load washers, it can stand for "door error", meaning the main control board thinks the door is open. If the door is actually closed and the de error won't clear, the electric door lock could be shorted, giving a false signal to the main control board. On the Samsung top-loader, it means a "child lock error" has happened. On that washer, you will see "CL" or "DE", the washer will auto-drain and an alarm will sound. To clear the error, close the door, turn off the power, then turn it back on.

What do we when we replaced the pump on a frontload washer, LG, but still get an error message OE?
The DE Code indicates a Drain Error. This means that the washer thinks the water has not drained out of the tub within 10 minutes, which is an eternity for the washer. Since you have indicated that there is no obstruction in the hoses, and filter, and you have replaced the pump, then the only other parts that could be at fault would be the water level sensor, or the main circuit board. Replace in that order.

hello de error means this is a door lock error most of the time you would have to replace the door lock assembly this is on both lg and samsung washers if your model is another kind please message me back the make and model number and I will look further into the situation with your appliance also please remember to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in similar situations Thanks Rick

HELLO,

WHAT THIS SIMPLY MEANS IS THAT THE DOOR OF THE WASHER IS NOT PROPERLY CLOSE OR LOCK.

WHAT YOU ARE TO DO TO FIX UP THIS PROBLEM IS, FIRST OF ALL PUT OFF THE WASHER FROM POWER SUPPLY THEN PUT IT ON AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME, THEN OPEN THE DOOR OF THE WASHER AND CLOSE IT BACK AND / THEN MAKE SURE THAT THE DOOR IS PROPERLY CLOSE OR LOCK.
