The Caps (capacitors) have one foot in the door on your PSB-Power Supply Board. Pretty soon you'll get no OSD-On screen display and be left with a blinking fault LED Code. Caps are cheap and easy to replace with Intermediate skill. Or pull the PSB yourself and take to a PC repair shop that solders at board level to replce the UF Caps that are going bad.
