The solution I'm suggesting works in my business (LAN installations) about 95% of the time. I trust that it will work for you.
Let's see if I can help you.
Begin by turning on your computer and your router
Make certain that you have the latest drivers from Brother by clicking on the following link: Brother Driver Downloads
Open Control Panel and click on 'Diagnose Connection Problems' and follow the instructions.
The last choice is to use the Setup Wizard. It seldom works for me but you might more luck than poor me. Here are the instructions:
The Connect to the Internet wizard will guide you through the steps of setting up an Internet connection.
Open the Connect to the Internet wizard by:
• Clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button
• Click on Control Panel.
• In the search box, type network,
• Click "Network and Sharing Center"
• Click Set up a new connection or network
• Then double-click "Connect to the Internet".
This should have you up and running.
All the best

Maybe I wasn't clear, I"m sorry.. I am not having any internet or wireless connection problems on any pc/laptop. Everything works good. I have the brother connected right to my router and all prints fine. I was trying to connect the brother to my wireless network, I go thru the setup wizard, it finds the wireless connection, but will not connect to it. I even went so far as to remove the password on my wireless network and it still would not connect. THere is something not working with the brother wireless setup.
