You'll need to use iTunes to convert the song to an MP3 file instead of its default AAC format file.

In iTunes, right-mouse click on the song that you purchased using iTunes and select "Create MP3 Version".

You can then place the MP3 version of the music file on your MP3 player.

Player doesn't seem to recognize songs.

Try transferring the songs directly to the music folder of the player and check if they would be recognized by the player. And make sure the Bitrate is in the range of 120-320kbps .

Samsung media studio gone crazy

I think you have a virus on your computer. If there is any hope for your songs, try to copy them to another computer. If they don't work there, they are probably infected. Sorry!

Frozen on Refresh Database

Take out the four screws on the back and pop out the battery then put it back on. Make sure you synced the songs properly. Add to the problem how you added your songs and I might be able to help.
