Actually yeah another webcam is necessary because the 2.0 on your webcam means either usb 2.0 cable application or it means 2.0Mega Pixel which is what I'm kinda leaning towards and if thats the case then yeah your webcam is about as good as a tracfones video recorder.My suggestion,get a new webcam,preferably a good one so you don't have to settle with crappy quality and so that you wont have the delay/relay problems you have been having!Here is one that I plan on getting,a little pricy but you will beat the competition with this one,plus these all have warranties here ya go--->
