You can download the Video Controller Driver from the below link. Please click the link below the appropriate Operating System to download the Driver. Once downloaded, please double click on the file to begin the installation. Please make sure that you restart the Computer after installing the Driver in the Computer.

well 1st you should not download music or videos by the psp itself you should download them on your P.C
then transfer them to your psp VIA the USB port and if you are doing correctly be sure to place them in the correct folders
and that thay are the correct file formats
