F&P Intuitive Washing Machine. The screen on the washer went blank yesterday. Today there is no power at all to the machine. Can you please give me some idea of possible faults. No fault code as no screen. Thanks

Reset it by unplugging. Wait a few minutes and plug it back in.

the size of the machine needs to be set. if you recently replaced a board the first thing you need to do is 'size set' the machine and instructions should come with the board. holding wash temp up/down and pressing power should get you into the menu, though it's too much to explain here.

Your water inlet valve is likely defective. The supply hoses behind the machine lead to the watervalve.

Hi just read your posting.Error code 51 means you have a Recirculation Fault.This means while the machine is filling or washing it loses water.Error code 37 means you have Pump Block error which means the machine is not draining.Please look under the machine to the front right and you should see a pump with a red or black fan attached.Can you confirm this please? I think there is a problem with your diverter valve and the information on your type of pump will help me rectify this problem for you.Please reply with additional information on the type of pump in your machine.Looking forward to your reply.

what country are you in?i know the prices for Australia. the only parts you might need are 1- control module 2- diverter or 3-drain pump. please reply and i can give you an estimate of what the prices could be.

in order to determine what is the cause of your problem , please provide the error codes an model number so we can figure out what is wrong with it, has anyone set anything heavy on top of the machine if is a top load machine, first guess if you have power to the machine would be look into the lid swtich an go from there....

F12 - No mixed fill. It is likely that the water is not turned on at the taps.

code for out of balance oob switch probably needs replacing if load wasn't off to one side.

Check first the filters on the inlet water line (both sides). Then, if problem still exist - check that the inlet water valve works(it is an electromagnet valve, located at the pipe's entrance to the machine)). If it doesn't work, test that it get power. In case it get power and doesn't work - You can easily open the valve and clean it (from scale or other dirt). Be aware you should disconnect the power cable from machine before doing it !!!! Check as well for valve's coil resistance. In case you have no resistance measurement - you should replace it for a new one. Good luck !
