I bought a factory refurbished xga-3000 gemini amplifier and conected it to my behringer mixer expecting a thump. but it barely sounded like a sound of earphone at maximum volume. I read power supply to both in/output pcb and main amplifier is OK. and the voltage at the power transister OK too. I don't know where else I should check. One of the technician who charged me 20 dollars for looking at it said it had no problem but it just does not work with my mixer and a speaker. I have understanding how to set the switches and wire conection and there is no problem with it after triple check.

A large amp like this likely has protection circuit (probably a relay) that doesn't connect the speakers until the amp is stable and balanced. You relly need the schematics for the amp.

Have a xga 4000 amp only channel 2 works fine . Channel 1 very very low

Switch input connection pairs and if the 'fault' doesn't changes from one channel to the other it is almost certainly an amplifier or output fault.
Likewise switching the speakers. If after swapping the speaker connections the fault changes to the other speaker it is an amplifier fault. If not a speaker fault.

No sound coming out on both r and l channel

Oops! Smoke from on of those is not unusual, as behringer is notorious for bad solder joints and BAD Power supplies. Anyhow the amplifiers are "most likely" OK. but your powersupply is shot. My PMH 3000 did the exact same thing. And here is the bad news. Behringer is also notorious for the lack of assistance in case of problems and will advice you to have the unit repaired at an approved service point. If however you are ok with electronics you can have a go yourself, manuals are few and (very) far between. I have some diagrams and stuff, so if you need some sing out. I have 2, MX 3282A mixers, nothing but trouble! Sorry I can't help you any further, Good luck.

How do i hook up a gemini xga2000 to a preamp and head?

What kind of preamp and how are you using the xga, I assume on PA, and you want to use maybe a guitar preamp and amp head directly to it? Your preamp could go straight line in to the xga, the only thing the (whatever kind) of head is for power of onstage monitoring of your guitar. That is optional since the PA should have monitors. I personally use my full rig onstage to hear myself but, I mic it to the PA which always sounds better than direct. If you could be more specific to these models and uses or ideas, I could help you more.

HOW TO WIRE GEMINI GRAPHIC EQ 3000 TO behringer djx750 proffessional MIXER

Line level output of the mixer would go into the line level inputs of the EQ, and the EQ line level outpputs to the line level inputs of the amplifier. If you are faced with a mix of unbalanced inputs or outputs, to balanced inputs or outputs it gets a little complicated because you need to matrix the balanced signal to unbalanced load and vice versa. There is no single answer to doing this either.

RCA jacks are unbalanced, 2 conductor 1/4 inch connections are unbalanced most of the time. XLR and 3 conductor 1/4 inch jacks and plugs can be either balanced or unbalanced. If either are wired so left and right are a single ring or tip on the 3 conductor 1/4 inch jack, it is unbalanced and they would share a common ground lead. XLR wired with one pin common with shield and right and left have a single conductor on the plug or jack, that is unbalanced.

Gemini amp shut down while spinning

Could be power supply related- failing capacitors being most likely.
Could also be PWM failure- Failing capacitors being the most likely.
Output may have shorted out, or the MOSFETS or IGBT's may have failed.

How to hook up a gemini amplifier?

typically (unless your useing other gear besides mixer and amp) you'd come out of the L/R outs. ( Main outs ) to the Main inputs of the power amp then out to your speakers (outs of power amp). Now the amp could be in bridge mono or other factors but typically, like i said, just
Mixer Out- Amp In- Amp Out- Speakers.

How to hook up speakers? Sound sounds muffled

You DON'T connect speakers to this... this is NOT a powered mixer... you MUST use external amplifier !!!! You use bvalanced (TRS) cables to a suitable power amplifier which connects to speakers. Some Behringer mixers such as the PMP5000 have built in amplifiers to drive speakers... yours does not.
