How do I set the time on the Stella Tort Glitz watch (ES2795)? I've checked the Fossil website and tried their instructions and they don't work. I have tried moving the hands for the time set in the #3 position, but the hands don't move. Same for #2 position. Any suggestions? Thank you.

You have to pull out the stem all the way and turn clockwise until you get to the correct day. Hopefully you won't have to wind thru the whole week.

Press and hold the SET button (it will read CHIME with a flashing on or off). Then push the MODE button - the top will be flashing 12-HR or 24-HR. Push the ST/SP button to toggle between the 12-HR to 24-HR reading. Push the MODE button to get to the hour/minute/second/year/mo-day/month/day value you want to change. Push the ST/SP button to increase the value, the RESET button to reduce the value.

To set th watch you pull the round knob out on the right side. When you pull it out you turn the knob in a clockwise direction to set the date and time.
