Model number of your product, your name, phone number or e-mail address is extremely important in order to process your order on time. Regular orders should be completed within 4-5 business days of order receipt. Special orders (parts required to be shipped from manufacturer in Germany) should be completed within 30 - 90 days. Our phone system is equipped to process messages in the order they were received.
