SOMEONE HELP!!!! my phone is saying the memory is full and I cant take any pics....so I deleted ALL pics and ringtones and it still shows memory full...can someone help? please text me at 510-692-3428 Thanks in advance!

mines just shut off like when say im trying to go to ringtones its loading for a long time then it shut off and when im glin to camera it says camera error n shuts off metro pcs told me the only reason its turning off is because i have alot of ringtones so im gonna need a memory card
u set the ringtone from mutimedia>sounds,ussally while playing the will be option "set a ringtone" not from digital audio player,directly from sounds.
motorola does not accpet viruses infected files or their phone must be trying to send virus attachment or ur phone memory will be full.
I can't tell you how to fix this problem...but I CAN tell you WHY it has this problem...and maybe that will help you getting a refund or exchange..frankly this phone shoulda been recalled a LOOOONG time ago!!! :( I bought this phone about 2 years ago (the older model)...the same thing happened to me...before it happened, I used all the extras on the phone...like the camera, d/l'ed games, d/l'ed ringtones, etc...etc..NOW, if there is some sort of issue w/ any of these, they shoulda let people know this BEFORE they bought it!!! My sister went to buy herself a cell through Metro PCS in TX., she told me she was going to buy the same exact phone I have, but leared away from it when she found out WHY I had the problems I had had :(...she told me that the lady behind the counter was NICE enough to inform her that this phone had a memory problem caused from downloading any type of voice file, ring tones...etc...etc.!!! So, for THOSE of you who HAVEN'T done this...PLLLEASE, save yourself the headache and DON'T d/l ring tones...OR if you have, and you are HAVING this issue...then make sure and mention this to the place that sold it to you...you might do some research on the net to pull up PROOF on this issue as well :)!!!

if you have saved messages or loads of phone no stored in you phone try deleting these and delete all the ringtones you dont use delete all the free ones that came with the phone just keep the ones you use some ring tone files are massive and will take up mem any messages you save smileys anything that you dont use delete one ringtone i had took up so much memory i couldnt write a long message try this if that dont work take it to a small phone shop and they wii reset the phone for you for a small fee hope this helps you..............................
