CHECK UR WATER PUMP PROPELLER FOR OBSTRUCTION, CAN U TURN THE PROPELLER BY HAND? CHECK FOR BLOCKED HOSES, IF PUMP IS ELECTRICAL TYPE THEN CHECK WITH A METER

You'll likely be happy to know the door can be opened manually, see below for instructions. Watch for lots of water if it hasn't drained though, obviously.

NOTE; Usually if the door won't open it's due to the unit not draining sufficiently so I must ask, have you checked the pump to insure the filter isn't clogged, or do you know where it is and how to check it ?

In the event the pump, filter or hose is clogged or obstructed, will prevent the door lock from releasing.

This is by design, but it's easy to confirm or dismiss.

Once you've cleared the pump filter or ruled out it was indeed blocked or not, you can now pull the manual door lock release located in the same area.

faulty water valve replace

first I would check you drain pump ... make sure it is clear and clean.. next if you have a meter be sure it is getting power and that it is not shorted ...if it is not getting power then I would check the wires first then check your control.
