A E000070-0002 deals with the transfer belt. I believe it deals with the two tension arms, one may be broken...... It is not easy to get the unit out of the copier.... Good Luck

The ITB or Intermediat Transfer Belt is slipping or not being driven properly. It is NOT fun to take out, particularly if you have a finisher attached. If you have proffessional experience with copiers and are really determined, let me know and I may be able to set you up with a manual. Otherwise, call a pro.
