I went to the web site to updatemy phone but there were not any dierctions to tell me how to get the update

that's a bug, your going to have to do a hard reset search the model & "factory reset toggle buttons" I would remove the battery if it can be removed then your SD card, replace the battery & do the button combo or toggle reset went you make access go directly to the manufactures web site & update the firm ware or any suggested updates, best of luck!

You need to plug your handset in to a computer and go on to the nokia web site. It will tell you if a up date is availble for your handset. You will need to connect it via usb and before you update your handset you need to back and data and contacts off the handset because you will loose them

Hi, this is a very common problem and it usually happens when you have just brought a phone or if you have changed the sim card for one from another network.

to solve this problem all you need to do is contact your service provider and tell them what phone and that you need the latest mms settings sent to your phone, also ask for internet settings if you are unsure if your settings are correct, your service provider will send the settings via text message these messages will then ask you to press update once you select update it will then store these new settings on your phone.
Your service provider wont charger for this service and the text are free also so its not going to cost you anything, you can also sometimes send the settings to your phone yourself from your service providers web site, how ever not all service providers off this feature so you would need to check.

Once your phone has the new settings you will be able to send and receive mms pictures and videos, the settings will tell your phone the correct format to store and send the mms messages and it will then be all working for you.

Their is no other way of updating your phone without having the settings sent to your phone so try their web site or give them a call if their is no option on their site to send the settings yourself.

Some new Blu rays require a rom update. Try going to the drives manufacturers web site and get a rom/bios flash to update the drive. Blu rays are updated that way when new Blu rays come out such as AVATAR. Lots of info about that on the web.

I went to the web site. For a update there wasnt much of one. Its a firmware update. And you need to have the unit hooked to the computer. Mine automatally went to the site and got a list of things you could update, but in my case there was nothing to download. But the web site for the GPS has all of the answers

you have to go to samsungs web site and download an update for your driver. when i first got my samsung AGH707 i had to install a cd in my computer. so i did however the program did not work so i went to the site and downloaded the program update and then i had no problems. this will do the trick....please rate this
