Have an Element flx2211b that I bought 3 years ago. Normally after turning on the main power, the TV's orange light comes on. I then press "all on" on the remote and TV's blue light comes on. Finally I press the "power" button on the remote and the TV screen comes on. But these past 2 weeks or so the blue light and later the TV screen have been slow to come on and only after showing a white screen for a while. Now even the orange light doesn't come on and it never gets to the blue light or the screen itself.
Thanks for any any suggestions.

Check and replace its main power regulator board. It might be faulty. Normally there is no repair to these boards. Card base replacement should be done.
more than likely there is a couple of bad capacitors you could have a tech look to see if there are any domed tops on any of the caps mainly in the power supply is replace them the value of the replacement in wrtten on the sides of the part
My Element ELCHS261 will not turn on at all. The only thing it does is the red light will turn to blue but no sound and no picture. My troubleshooting items have been changed the batteries in the remote then I unpluged the power for for 30 minutes and still nothing.
do any lights come on with the TV?, like white vizio or orange vizio light. sounds like a problem with the power board. some vizio parts have lifetime warranties so contact vizio support and report your problem. if it is covered the service call is free. there is a green led light on the power board that should come on, if it is not on, you may have a bad power board. to see this light on the power board, turn off the lights in the room and view the tv from the back cover, power board is 3/4 way toward top in the middle of the tv
